What is the difference between Dolby SR and SRD?

Dolby SR is a 4-channel analogue sound encoded into 2-channel and supplied with Dolby SR noise reduction. SRD is a Dolby SR sound along with 5+1 or 6+1 channel digital sound situated between the perforations ont he film.
