It is the second time that a Hungarian director wins the Jury Gran Prix: the Silver Bear. Last year it went to Béla Tarr, for The Turin Horse. Fliegauf's film titled Just the wind - made in Hungarian-German coproduction - is based on the series of killing against Romanies in 2008-2009. The story starred by amateur actors has been rewarded by another prize of the jury, the Peace Film Award and by the Amnesty International as well. We are proud that we could work together in this project.

The Israeli FOOTNOTE / HEARAT SHULAYIM, directed by Joseph Cedar, has been selected into the list of the five films nominated in the foreign-language film category. The film’s whole DI post-production was made in Budapest, in the Hungarian Filmlab. The feature won the Best Screenplay Award at the Cannes Film Festival in 2011, so we have great expectations for its repeated success.
